esiste una guida sull'upgrade in italiano per poter aggiornare da 2.0.4 a 2.0.6?

Admin: prima installi 2.0.5 e poi 2.0.6 via package manager.

ma come installo la 2.0.5?
perchè scaricando mi da solo il pacchetto .xml

si usando quella ho scaricato large upgrande 2.0.6
