Basically, my site is a gaming site and in order to make it content centered I want to create two extra panels (see red text) or menus that displays a player's achievements and other stuffs. First of all, is it possible. And secondly, if so, what would need to do in order to implement this? It would need to be a blank page and like the Custom profile fields, be able to input [img] codes to display images.
If i'm a little vague, then please say so, so i can be thourough in what I want.

Creating the extra tabs is the *easy* part, pretty much half a dozen lines of code (though note you have to have sub menu items there, you cannot have the top level items actually functioning in 2.0). Creating all the other stuff on those tabs, that's considerably harder. Like hundreds and hundreds of lines of code, database changes, strewn across at least 3 files, probably 4.
I'd start with adding an awards mod rather than trying to roll your own...
