The frivolous advertising sigs that are added to any mesage from mobile devices is getting to the point it is a nuicance. Is there any mode to disallow posts or automatically remove these texts?
Go to http://tapatalk.com/forum_owner.php and login.
If necessary, select the appropriate forum (if you only have one forum with Taptalk, it'll be selected by default)
Click "Advanced"
Select "Disable" next to "Tapatalk Signature" and click "Save Changes".
This will prevent Taptalk from appending the signature to posts in the future (existing posts won't be affected since the text is simply appended to the message - a special DB query will be needed to clean that up).
Also do note that Tapatalk is not actually supported on this site.... they could not keep their mod updated here, so all downloads and issues should be directed to their own site.
Not to mention all the various issues their mod has been shown to cause.
