Title: Member color link in the future SMF
Post by: jsx on January 28, 2014, 08:12:26 AM
Hi, Modification Member Color Link is good modification, SimpleColorizer is a good modification too, but it will be good if such a option of member color link will be entered into SMF as a basic option, which can be turn on, whether at one time such a possibility will appear?

Won't happen in 2.1. Maybe for 3.0, not sure.

Provided that the user's data you're displaying comes from loadMemberData/loadMemberContext it is easier to use colorizer names in 2.1, just a matter of changing an array key. Either way, simpleColorizer should work just fine on 2.1.

Incidentally there are (minor) side effects to using Simple Colorizer, namely that it ends up colourising links in the link tree...
