I was using an extension for my ad placement, and it worked very well! Unfortunately, I tried to put my radio player on the footer too, but it broke my forum and now I can't even access admin panel to remove this adding. How can fix this? Help!

If not, you've not given us a lot to go on. "Radio player"? How's that coded? (We're good. But, even we can't make a guess, at that) ;)
As this is, obviously, gonna be about some coding, I'll shift this to the coding board. I'll change the topic title, too, coz "Help!" isn't the most descriptive of titles.
