That's the issue, I've tried uninatalling new mods with no luck

Guests can't view, don't get the rest of your point.
It only happens on the main admin page and the actual profile view page.
After I asked for a URL, I realised we couldn't see anything, because, as guests, we wouldn't have a profile...
What I'm thinking, is that some file edits just didn't happen, when they should've done.
That "?>" thing is a tag, which should be the very first line of a PHP file. Only, it should look like this:
<?php
So, I'm wondering if one of your files has two lines, at the top, like this:
<?
php
...or something. If you find the file and put that as one line, it should fix it.
Profile.php? Profile-View.php?
actually, k@... the ?> is the thing that indicates the END of a php code section (in the case of SMF, it marks the end of every file)

i think the op says this is happening on all pages not just the profile, right? if so then you need to check every source file and make sure at the end of the file it only has one ?> and nothing after it. even if just the profile pages it is best to check all source files to be sure it is not from a file that is called from the profile source.
Most likely index.template, I'd've thought. But, on every theme? I s'pose it could be, if a mod (un)install caused it.
Dunno where I got the idea that it was only on a profile page. :P

as Illori suggested, though... it sounds like a mod has duplicated the ?> so some file (possibly a language file) has two of them in it.
