Title: Activating by admin

Hey.

I am just wondering if its possible when a new user wants to register on my site if i can geta email about it and accept that person from my own email or do i have to do it manuelly on the forum under users?

You can set both tings here:

Administration Center » Members » Registration » Settings

If you set the "Method of registration employed for new members" to Admin approval, and if the "Notify administrators when a new member joins" option is checked, you will get this type of letter from your forum.

RegisterTest has just signed up as a new member of your forum. Click the link below to
view their profile.
http://yoursite.com/index.php?action=profile;u=2

Before this member can begin posting they must first have their account approved.
Click the link below to go to the approval screen.
http://yoursite.com/index.php?action=admin;area=viewmembers;sa=browse;type=approve

well to be clear... you can not do the accepting from your email... it can only be done from inside the forum admin.
What navMartin has shown is the NOTIFICATION that there is a new user waiting for approval.
