I have already implimented the answer one question and installed the caption anyother advice.
also how do you configure the option to have an email sent to me everytime someone registers

As for reducing spam...

one question is useless. Spambots will have that documented into their database in hours....
you need to have between 10-20 questions, of which 3 are randomly delivered to the registering user.
