Is there a way to just import the Members and Posts/topics etc. to the 2.1?
I'm worried about compatibility problems..
If Yes, how?

if you run upgrade.php it will upgrade your 2.0 forum. otherwise we dont support just moving a portion of the database to 2.1.
what do you mean "compatibility problems"?
As Illori stated... running the full upgrade process, including upgrade.php will upgrade your site to 2.1 beta 2
there is no way to import bits...
there is no compatibility -- you are either running 2.0.11 or 2.1
That being said... WHY are you thinking about upgrading to 2.1? 2.1 is still in BETA version.
DO NOT RUN 2.1 on a production system/live site.
