just because a bbc is enabled does not mean it has an icon to show up there. all you are doing is enabling the use of the bbc nothing more.

It's the same in 2.0 (and it was also the same in 1.1 ;) )
There are far more supported BBCodes than the icons presented in the editor. It would become extremely cluttered it it wasn't like this...
You can add new icons to the editor if you want to. The best way to start is to look at a MOD which does so and maybe adapt the code (and the icon!) to your needs ;)
