Title: Is there a way (or button) to switch between txt and wysiwyg editors?

There does not seem to be a way to toggle between the text and wysiwyg editors - or am I just missing it?

In 2.1? Here it is

Clicked --> "Source" (or code) mode
Not clicked --> WYSIWYG mode

I'm missing the last 2 buttons - the ones to the right of the Horizontal Rule....

admin -> forum -> posts and topics is disable WYSIWYG editor checked?
