I'm 71 and I used to know how to embed you tube but I must have forgotten how as nothing I do seems to work.

Can anyone help me?

If you want just YouTube, go with one like what Rock Lee suggested. However, if you want to include other sites' videos to embed, I'd go with vbgamer's suggestion (it's the one I use).

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Open Embed so I can't make a suggestion either way on that.

Or copy the embed code from a youtube video, adjust the display size to your liking and wrap it in html tags.
