Title: Undefined index: utf8 help please

First off I am no programmer.

Running latest forum 2.0.11

Running Mod: RSS Feed Poster

I am seeing this error in the error log. I have attached the 2 files related to this.

It is somehow a "known" issue. It is "known" because we've seen some threads about it, it's still an issue because we can't reproduce it so that it can be fixed...

This oldie but goodie is still around.  There may be others reported, e.g., 'server'. 

Two updates:
- We are fairly certain the root cause is in processing the mail queue; this is done very early, before $context is fully populated.
- We have fixed the error reporting - in the past, these only appeared in your apache log.  Now, they're in the SMF log.  (So, yes, you may see more errors...  They are not really new, just more visible...)
