Hi. I've a very big problem. My board doesn't send email: not newsletter, not mail to verify email users' registration, not other.
I think that it's a server problem. Now I'm on a OVH Virtual Private Server: it is good because it give good quality without expensive money, but it isn't configurated and I don't know anything about server configuration.
How can I see if this email problem is about server configuration or other reason? Thanks to all for your support
how is your email configured? are you using your domain to send email or a 3rd party?

then ask your host for help. for us to help you further you need to read the link i provided and follow what it says.
I have tried testmail.php but it shows only a message: fail!

they don't help me, because they said me that my vps is unmanaged. Then I have to make changes that I need. But I am not able to do it. Someone can help me?
and this is why people should never buy an unmanaged server unless they know what they are doing...
The problem is that your mail configuration is either non-existent or misconfigured on your server. The only fix is to corretc it on the server.... that is well outside of any support we can provide from the software point of view.
