Where will I get FREE extensions that I will use to design my forum?

Hello!

For mods (you call them plugins) check here: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/
For themes check here: http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/

There are some other communities that also design SMF mods/themes but they don't upload them to this website. You'll have to find out for yourself if you want.
