Title: Can SMF staff update from version 1 to 2 for hire?

I need to update a version 1 installation to latest version 2.
No special themes.
Can I hire the SMF team to do this?
Or can you recommend someone you trust?

Upgrading isn't that hard. You can upgrade it by yourself. Here is a detailed explanation on how to:

if you want to you can pay for a charter membership and the team can upgrade the forum from there.
