Title: if a post contains a certain word require admin approval
Post by: iainfisher on January 11, 2017, 04:02:01 PM
It would be useful (to me) if there was a way that everyone could post without approval needed, unless the message contains words from a user defined list- for example the typical spam words- when approval is required before the post is released.

This allows generally free discussion, hinders spammers, and if someone has a genuine post which happens to use a certain word, it will be allowed after the admin has checked.

Seems to me that could become a massive headache. What about words contained in longer words? The best way to hinder spammers is to not let them join in the first place.
