I'm installing the forum locally using XAMPP. I'm building here first before I move it to the internet. I have the database properly installed, however, it will not allow me to create the Admin account before installation ends. I type the correct DB Password but get an error

Well, I had a password set in PHP My Admin but I went ahead and removed it and managed to get it to install. Thanks for the help.
