Hi folks.
I just installed SMF 2.0.13 and it went very well until after the install completed.
When I look at the forum there is no theme, just lines of text.

Any help appreciated...

What is repair_settings.php? (http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Repair_settings.php) if your URLs and it will fix that issue.
