First time poster. Regarding my forum. In the past I have been able to create a post and announce the topic by clicking on the 'Attachments and other options' (which sends emails to members) *attachment one*. Normally when I choose this option, I get a percentage of the processing until completed. Recently, the window tries to load but never does and eventually a blank screen appears *attachment three*. In my tests, using only admins as the recipients (6 of them) *attachment two*, they do get the announcement but I'm wondering if everyone does and why the appearance of the system freezing or not fully processing. Your help is greatly appreciated.
check your server error logs for any related.
Thanks for the suggestion. Are you referring to the Maintenance>logs section of my forum? If so, there are no errors.
no it is a file on the server, if you are not aware of where it is your host can help you find it.
