and then select the members to be REMINDED
using "Remind and Send Mail"

Try downloading all your forum files and using a tool such as Notepad++ to search within them ;)

I simply never understood why for everything I have both.
Presumably because you have UTF-8 on your forum, and SMF historically supports both UTF-8 and non-UTF-8 (by language file), but ultimately do both.
