We have some convertors found at https://download.simplemachines.org/?converters;software=invision I am not sure about that specific version may require a custom job to do so.
Or convert to another forum system such as mybb then back to smf.
I also have a Community Suite for SMF http://www.smfhacks.com/community-suite.php which has similar products to IPB
