Title: smf already exisits

I'm trying to do a fresh install with the latest forum, when i go to set it up, it's claims i already a smf installed. so confused. i deleted everything and started from scratch. what the hell an i doing wrong?

this is for a different forum though :). the first forum issue is solved. want me to delete this one and ask on there?

you are using the same database details along with the same prefix, SMF detects it is already installed. you need a new database or a different prefix.

I should mention that it says its already installed and i should just update to latest version. Never had this happen before

how are you trying to do a fresh install? are you following the guide on the wiki?

maybe i should just upload old version 1.1 and run 2.0x update
