Is there anyway i can have drag and drop attachments. It should upload before posting. because sometimes it takes lot of time to upload and the website keeps loading. so i just need something like drag and drop attachment.

It's a feature in the next version of SMF.
For SMF 2.0.x, the closest you are going to get is SMFPacks Advanced Attachments Uploader (https://www.smfpacks.com/au).... and it costs money.

The betas are available through the Download area. The absolute latest is available on GitHub.
If ur looking for a specific date, then the generally accepted answer is "when it's ready, not one second before"...

It's a fairly huge amount of work, looking at the scale of changes made to 2.1 to do this
