I know this is probably a simple thing to change, but how do I change the background color on my forum below. I have my forum width at 90% & I have a baby blue background on the on the outside portion of my forum that I would like to change to either red or blue. Can someone please tell me how to change this?

Under Body, you find this
background: #a0b7c6;
Just edit the color there.
