What are you trying to change ?
A good way to get help is to go to the themes support page as forums can vary based on what you have installed.
Look under customize and and themes and search for the them you have and there will be a discussion for it?
Unless its default in that case there are allot of topics on that try a search on the site to find what area you want to change.
Sorry hard to know what parts you are wanting to change as " improve " doesn't tell much.
