Title: TLS 1.3
Post by: drewactual on February 13, 2018, 12:53:19 PM
Is anyone here running TLS 1.3 yet?  I'm curious to hear about it if so... anything you could share about the install, the configuration, and the implementation would be great- and if you're seeing any benefits from it yet in terms of added speed (lessening round trips) it offers?

thanks in advance!

I do. TLS 1.3 draft 18 (it's currently the most compatible one, i test draft 19 and 22 as well IIRC ) using NGinX as web server. RTT is improved... on paper... You should gain 1RTT compared to TLS 1.2, it will probably get better when NGinX gets the 0RTT patch though.
