Title: Allow Guest to browse the Forum
Post by: Grossy on July 03, 2018, 01:50:33 AM
Hello,

I checked the "allow guest to browse the forum" in the general controls of "Features and Options" but it only shows "Statistics" an "User Online".
Is there an other option that I'm overlooking to make all the Themes and Comments visible/readable for Guests?

I'm thankfull for any hint in the right direction.
Grossy.

Your theme is badly broken, switch to Curve.

Yeah, it seems to be something that the theme is causing, switch to the default theme (Curve) and double check if it happens there too, which it shouldn't.

Hi,

thanks for both reactions.
Seems I have to start from scratch since changing the Layout-theme doesn't work either.
I'll guess one schould test the (basic)setup thoroughly before adding boards.

Thanks again

If they're not showing up on the default theme then I'd suspect it'd be down to how you're adding the boards themselves, you'd need to ensure that "Guests" are checked off on the "Allowed groups" section.
