ittiphol, I believe that you were spoken to about this before. You alterations of the SMF copyright are actually not legal. You can REMOVE the copyright - by the terms of the BSD - but you are no allowed to alter it in any way (by international copyright standards)
Also - I believe thyat using the facebook icon as a site icon is deceptive, at best - and may be considered infringement of the facebook IP
in short - I would not touch this "theme" with a 20 foot pole.
It's astonishing how much work went into making this. It's definitely not the nicest or crispest FB clone, but kudos for the effort.
