Title: I want to add a sidebar on my Forum

Hi,

I have visited a forum which was SMF 2.0.15. I see that they have used a sidebar in their forum just like we have one on a WordPress site. In the sidebar, they have latest posts, top poster, user info, Google Adsense and a few more widgets.

I want to know which mod can be used to add sidebar and sidebar widget.

Since you do not have an example to follow I can only assume it might be a portal unless it was custom coded. Start here: Search results (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;basic_search=portal).

You can use a portal (quick form) but by editing a bit the SMF using the respective API's to show the information you want, that's what I can think of.

Thank you... Simple portal and EZ portal are doing the same. I think Simple portal is easy to manage. :)
