Forum version: SMF 2.0.15

iPage is finally offering free ssl so I need to play with it for my forum. This link looks normal http://getjobshawaii.com this one https://getjobshawaii.com obviously has themes missing. Do I just need to use the repair php and reset the links to https

Yes.

repair_settings.php (https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Repair_settings.php)

Change all URLs to https instead of http.
