when i installed SMF it show me forum do not use theme. than i installed theme (name: Redsy).. than i tried to use new post but i can no see BBC.. than i tried to change theme to new one and i used theme (name: NightBreeze) but he problem still.. than i download Package Personalized BBC... but problem still.

yup... that's the problem.
When you installed and it did not display the theme properly, you need to fix that - because without that, even custom themes won't work correctly.
