It would be interesting to add an option, in the Download Permissions part ...
If a user has uploaded an attachment, that user "always" can download it. Although the group to which it belongs does not have download permissions.
This would be interesting ...
SMF does not have separate permissions to download attachments.
very much on purpose -- SM<F always ssumes that you can only SEE an action that you can COMPLETE.
So, if you can see the attachment, you can download it.
If you can see the board, then you can read the message in that board.
This is not going to change.
