i tried boru theme on one of my website and i must give it up for boru for its speed , boru ranked my website within 24hours.the site have not rank before i installed boru. what i dislike about boru is the black theme and also it doesnt open topics accurate. boru is very fast and rank website fast.i will suggest to boru op to change that disgusting black color and make links and topics open normally, until then i will keep trying different themes with clean colors that are fully responsive and good for seo

How do i change the color from purple to blue?

I have tried it in several ways and it just seems like a false alarm, the measures taken by my accommodation are somewhat exaggerated because it has suffered some attacks lately.

In the _v1 version of this theme (which is very nice I have to say!) there appears to be an image missing:

.../Themes/Boru_v1/images/default_avatar.png

There is a file called noavatar.png, though.

Additionally, image useron.gif appears corrupt but is easily copied from the default theme.

Quick query...   is it your bootstrap script that's putting the pill up there?  Where's it getting the value as mine always shows 7 even though there are only 3 PMs in the inbox (and 2 in the outbox).

Thanks for the fixups :)

That $context['user']['messages'] seems to represent the totality of all messages under the member (inbox + sent) so I'm not sure how useful it is as a pill on the envelope. I think maybe $context['user']['unread_messages'] might be better for me.

so when i installed the theme, the default header image centered in desktop and mobile

to make sure there were no issues, i uploaded my own header image with the exact same dimensions BUT my image in mobile is not centered.

what would cause this?

The problem is not with the theme with your logo

Thanks. You obviously downloaded the logo. Can you explain how this is an issue with the logo when the dims matches your stock logo?

You are using an S5?  I am using a S20, windows Mobile phone and  AE10, all running Edge, Opera, Chrome.

I think maybe this theme is not compatible with all phones and browsers?

I really don't understand you?

this is on firefox, centered, phone rotated. image on top chopped. no issue on right edge. samsung galaxy s20

same phone. this is on chrome, edge and opera. centered but image on top cut and issue on right edge. image is still chopped.

The site's title? the site's slogan?
what exactly is too large of a font?

if you right click on the area that you are wanting to change, and click on inspect, it will bring up your browsers inspection tool and you should be able to find what css needs changed

it should NOT be replaced.  if you replace it, on desktop and mobile mode, the admin popup screen never goes away.  i tried AFTER and no go.   i placed it BEFORE and it's better.  Now the logo is centered in desktop mode and mobile mode BUT now one more problem appears and hopefully the last one.

the logo image in desktop mode is pushed up.

the logo image in mobile is centered, if you take your phone and put it in desktop mode, the logo is centered perfect also.

it seems only on a laptop, the logo is pushed up.

OH ONE MORE THING, how can we change that purple to a diff color.  thanks.

again ;) if you right click on the area you want to edit and click on inspect, it'll open your browsers inspection tool and you can find what needs changed

I'd guess you just need to add or edit a height to your header image css to get it to play nice

did a youtube test. im desktop mode no prob

in mobile, the video cannot be expanded and the window is too small which creates scroll slider on the right of the window

that's nothing really to do with the theme, that's the mod you installed to embed the video with.

hi. i did not install any yt mod.  it already has the button to link yt videos.  if you rotate the phone the long way, the video shows up fully

which browser are you using to do this?  i use chrome and a new window pops up, doesn't show the code in a split screen like i've seen.  thanks

In addition my custom logo is not displaying.

Regarding the dark theme, you have a moon icon on the top right corn, click on it.

I migrated from 2.0.19 to 2.1.1 and installed this theme (Boru RC4), and the admin popup never goes away on the admin index page (firefox latest version on Win 10x64).
No javascript error or anything helpful.

Very nice and functional theme, not too difficult to customize, thanks!

I noticed few things so will point them out for other users: header logo for RC version will be missing from your site (at least it was in my example) due to different indextemplate.php code compared to v1.1. In that one its displayed normally in the header, but in RC it is displayed in the footer -> you can copy/paste the necessary logic from that theme and get the desired result.

Top left logo/fontawesome icon and dark mode can be simply disabled if needed, don't remember the line change needed but find the class and set it to display:none -> it will not break anything.

Each subforum can easily have its own custom icon:

How do I change the text color for the title of polls on theme Boru_v1. Hard to see the black. I know it is in the CSS, but don't know what file.

Thank you for your help but it did not work. I see that Profile names are black also. I'm I overlooking  something. I did a reinstall of the theme. But that did not help. Could there be a conflict.
