On SMF forum dashboard under ERROR LOG , there are many records as given below, what could be reason? How to solve this?

Admin -> Server Settings -> Disable evaluation of templates
Then post any new error messages without eval in them

Disable evaluation of templates doesn't fix the problem (and no-one said it would). What was said was: disable it - then post the errors you get. Template eval makes the error log incorrect as to where the error is - so we need to see the errors as they are *now* to be able to help you.
I have already written errors top of this post. this errors always repating...
I have disabled MODS , no difference...no solution
With evaluation turned off. The errors will be different. We need the new error message to help you

Interestingly a different error to the others you've had before... but to fix that we'd need to look at that BoardIndex.template.php file listed.
I use vVide/, I have also tried another themes like Badem and others...Same problem

With Eval turned off...
clear your error log
then list ALL of the errors in the error log, even if you THINK you already listed them (use the code BBC, please)
Then also attach the BoardIndex.template.php file from the vvide theme
