Post by: Massl on February 17, 2019, 12:44:30 PM
Hi, is there a way to solve this on RC1?
Should all be in line...

Thanks  ;)

Depends on the screen size I guess ???. Does it go into alignment if you zoom out or in?

It is only possible to use zoom in and it doesn't fix.
Perhaps the best solution is to disable shortcuts for mobile devices, but how?

I wonder about that. How many phones have keyboards to actually trigger shortcuts? It's one of the best candidates to go hidden.

There are no mobile keyboards with the alt key  ::)
Only Samsung keybord for tablets have CTRL but no ALT, it's useless...

I mean actual keyboards, that you can plug into them (I'd use it if I had one, yeah, I'm weird like that). Not sure you can trigger shortcuts at all with the digital ones.

But if there's no alt key in them, that's another whoopsie.

On topics if the resolution decreases shortcuts are hidden, this does not happen with private messages.
I think it's a bug  ::)

The responsive layout is not really finished, so indeed there are a lot of small bugs like this.

It would be nice if you has stated that your screenshot is coming from a PM and not a Post...
I see that there is a difference between Post and PM in this..

In post the id"<span id="post_confirm_buttons" class="floatright">" is used, which indeed causes the text to be hidden on narrow screens ( < 720)

In PM a different id is used: <span id="post_confirm_strip" class="floatright"> this id does not cause the text to be hidden on small screens: maybe an improvement in the theme...

Best to hide on mobile.

Screenshot is coming from post and not pm with a Samsung Tab A, 10.1" full HD, same thing with Huawei Tab M5.
