my database echo via phpmyadmin but it tells me that the limit is 500mb I went via php.ini to change the parameters and after restarting apache it remains the same, but I have proven that anyway I "500mib" that is written there is not is in the php.ini strings where I find a high solution?

500mb is a .sql file?
Use gzip/zip/tar version.

If you're on shared hosting, it's unlikely you'll be able to change that setting, it will revert back to limit set by host.  If your database is larger than 500mb, you can ask host support to import it, or use a third party utility like MySQLDumper or BigDump.

I've never seen a shared server where phpmyadmin will import a database even close to that size.
