Is it possible to achieve the following:
I want to make a forum, where the user X have only 3-5 topics created, also I want to limit him to 2-3 replies in this 3-5 threads created by the limited user. Limitation should last 6 months or year.
I wondering if there is a plugin developer, which can make such plugin.

What purpose is served by restricting a user from posting?
(seriously, the problem with almost every forum is not enough activity - why would anyone want to limit the activity?)
I am trying to give life with daily publications in some forums they asked me for help and it is complex without limits, with them it would be worse. Although I know some that limit only 24 hours I understand ยป http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;basic_search=limit+post but there is one payment called Limit Posters, but I'm not so sure if it's what you're looking for.
