I have noticed recently that commas, ", and apostrophes are being replaced with a ? mark.
Does not seem to be a problem form my desktop PC but is if I post from an Iphone (And no the Iphone is not auto-correcting)

Anyone any idea how to fix it? Thanks Using 2.0.15

it's a problem with the use of "special" punctuation like on apple or microsoft products.

Convert your forum to UTF8 and it should be corrected.

Where do I change that though. Is it in the admin section, can't find the setting I need to change.
