Title: Mass email all registered users
Post by: chaos40 on July 04, 2019, 04:44:28 PM
Do any of you know away to quickly mass email every member currently on the forum?

A select statement or a grep for @*.[a-z]*.  in the var/lib/mysql/ directory?

I need to get an email out to about 100 members because of issues with my current registrar and the only way I can resolve the problem quickly is by changing the site from .com to .net .  Other than that I'm waiting 7 days with a downed site for the domain name to finish transferring over to the new registrar.

Long story short. The current registrar is the hosting provider for my LAMP server which also acts as the SOA for my domain. The server has been down for 2 days due to issues with this host and I've already managed to grab all my site files and databases and port them to a new server. It's running just fine but no one can find it because the SOA record for the domain lives on the dead box.

I've got all the other details worked out besides this

thanks
