When logging onto my forum I get the following error:
Your session timed out while posting. Please go back and try again.
I have tried this in 3 different browsers, IE, Chrome, FF, and 2 different OS. I have emptied the browser history and cache and the error still persists.
I am not using any custom theme or portal.
I was able to logon yesterday just fine. But starting today I have not been able to do so.
what version of SMF?
Did you recently upgrade to 2.0.15?

if not, then try changing your cookie name using repair_settings.php
I am running SMF 2.0.15 and have been for a while. No recent upgrades or addons. This just occurred today and it was working normally yesterday.
Since I'm not able to login what file is changed for the link presented?
And I do not see a repair_settings.php file

Thanks @Sir Osis of Liver ... that repair settings did the trick. I will keep that handy if any of my other SMF forms suddenly stop working
