Title: Settings doesnt exist
Post by: oneteaminsouthend on July 11, 2019, 06:43:42 AM
Hi All. Yesterday afternoon I came back to my forum after an hour away and I've an error message which will not go away. I've asked my hosting and they have told me to seek help from a web developer which really is not a help  :-\ pulling my hair out as I have not touched a thing, this error has appeared out of nowhere

Quoteif (WIRELESS && !isset($context['sub_template'])) fatal_lang_error('wireless_error_notyet', false);   if (WIRELESS && !isset($context['sub_template'])) fatal_lang_error('wireless_error_notyet', false);Table 'oneteami_smf152.smf_settings' doesn't exist

I've been through the steps of installing a fresh settings file and manually entering the details etc aswell as using the repair_settings feature but still no luck

Please help

EDIT: I'm running SMF 2.0.15

that means a table in your database, the settings table, does not exist. if it actually does not exist for some reason a backup of that table will need to be restored.
