Are you changing hosts or just domain at current host?
Also, are you using a VPS/dedicated server?
Also, that forum appears to be missing the SMF Copyright......... which means the good folk here could refuse to help you...

I don't know is the server VPS. Where to check it.
If on a normal shared hosting plan, any (good) host would (should) fix this for you, free of charge (as appreciation for you staying a loyal customer), simple job for them.
Ask them before you do anything.
Actually, that is not the SMF copyright. Although it is the TEXT of the SMF copyright statement, it does not include the links...
