How are you trying to make that post? Is it one written in Word and copy/pasted?
Some of it is on Word and others are online sources that are copied and pasted. However, I have seen others using the same boards and do not have this issue so not sure if its something I did or did not do.
In the default configuration, the way Word makes its quote marks isn't compatible with the way posts are stored in the database.
If you take a backup and use the Convert to UTF-8 option in the admin panel that might fix your problem for future posts.
