this forum - Page created in 0.098 seconds with 19 queries.
my forum - Page created in 1.143 seconds with 78 queries.

Do you have a lot of mods installed? That generally causes that to happen if is constant.
You can also look into caching options in SMF as well.

no mod install. only installed multi language.
i don't know where to check/set the cache. could you tell me ?

my cache set is level 1 cache

Try logging the queries so you might be able to find the culprit: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/query-log.html

You can show debug info in SMF and see which query is repeating itself by edit Settings.php and add to the end (before ?>)

$db_show_debug = true;
