Inside SMF, is your site set to use www. or not? It seems like it isn't and as such that's what it uses for canonical links. Either change the SMF settings to have www. in your site URL or change your analytics.

If it is set as https://www.50gsm.com

Any suggestions to find out the root of the problem?

Well, your canonical tags say www. so if it's still wrong, it's now waiting for the analytics provider to update their records. SMF is set up correctly, you can verify this by looking at the source of any page.
