i AM IN pacific time but the profile onhere is like 3 hours off. how do I FIX that

once you get 10 good posts in boards where it counts you will be able to change that.

'Good posts' means constructive and helpful replies to topics which already exist or starting meaningful topics, such as topics requesting support with the software, in boards which contribute towards your post count (e.g. not Chit Chat).
