So i want to know what a user does every single thing he clicks or does at my forum, how?!?!

Custom coding most likely, I do not think there is a mod for this outside the profile's show stats link.

I was interested in what tracking was desired, as there are different approaches as necessary.

The Raw Access Logs (usually accessible via cPanel or whatever) will show every click and every clock.

I would echo the above and ask "but why...?". What would you do with the information?

Yes, but with no identification of users against it, something you can (carefully) do with Google Analytics.
