Is there a mod with an option to decline connection from proxy's? I've got a few people blocked and I think they're connecting by proxy to post nonsensical crap. They're just angry parents who keep on ripping on their kids teams.
I have one on registration on the modsite could be modified to do posts.

Can it be modified to block any and all proxy's? I'm pretty sure people are posting then responding to their own posts as well. I guess that's a drawback of allowing guest posting but some of these people are just straight up angry. I don't need them.
Yes it could be. The header part can be applied at run time.
Tor check would only be used on posts.

Well it's a free mod on the mod site here. Just you would need to make a couple changes.
No it does not affect SEO that I know of just does check on registration.
