Title: Empty Board Column alignment

I observed something and would like to bring it to the notice of the Dev Team.
When a Board is without any posts, the alignment of the Posts / Topics column gets changed. IMO the Posts / Topics column should remain in the middle and the Last Post column should be empty.

If I remember correctly, this is by design.

A fix was submitted a while ago for one of the next releases

I had said something about this awhile ago and was told it was on purpose. Glad to see it's getting fixed though as I counted it as a bug myself.
